We’re looking for someone who doesn't like working inside, good-humored and dedicated applicants who are at least 18 years old and capable of safely and efficiently operating and transporting lawn care equipment in the great outdoors. If you have a full range of mobility in your upper and lower body, able to consistently lift 50lbs., have a valid Ohio driver’s license that can be insurable by our insurance company, and have truck and trailer driving and back-up skills, you may be the perfect fit to become part of our family-oriented team. - Flex your intelligence by reading and understanding chemical labels, performing simple mathematical calculations, accurately measuring products in both liquid and granular forms, and legibly completing all paperwork as required by law.

- Keep your team members safe by maintaining all chemical storage areas in the buildings and trailers up to standard and adhering to appropriate personal protective equipment guidelines while applying any chemicals.

- Understand and identify problems on assigned client sites and possess the knowledge of when to advise Account Manager/Supervisor of issues.

- Perform basic equipment maintenance and repairs when required.
